My love for architecture. After my Morning meetings in Barcelona made it a point to do a bit of sightseeing. The last time I visited this beautiful city my focus was on shopping shopping shopping !!! Which was about 9 years ago just after I had my first son but always wanted to come back. In sixth form, I did a project inspired by Antonio Guadi which I enjoyed a lot. Many years of Reading his books, is nothing comparison to seeing his work in live!!
Inside the temple the ceilings
Outside the temple
The entrance you can really feel God’s presence
The entrance gate very detailed of leaves and crawling insects
I was blown away felt so blessed. The temple la sagrada familia was so beautiful I couldn’t breath, the attention to detail was on point! Arrangement of colours on the glass windows and angle at which it was designed allowed the sun to reflect into the temple was very magical. I felt so blessed with God’s presence so took a little time to say a little prayer.
Gaudí’s work is admired by architects around the World as being one of the most unique and distinctive architectural styles.
His work has greatly influenced the face of Barcelona architecture and you will see stunning examples of Gaudí’s work all around the city centre.
To avoid long queues I purchased my ticket online the night before. Thank God I did! Make sure you visit this beautiful place anytime your in Barcelona !!!
